Compact, efficient and quickly deployed: Kleemann showcases the MCO 9 EVO at CTT

At this year's CTT Kleemann GmbH presents the mobile cone crusher, MOBICONE MCO 9 EVO. It is particularly suitable for work at rotating sites.

The mobile cone crusher MOBICONE MCO 9 EVO is the latest member of the Kleemann EVO series. It is used for processing natural stone in the secondary or tertiary crushing stage. The EVO plants are designed so that they can be easily transported and quickly deployed. For instance, the feeding unit of the MCO 9 EVO can be quickly put into its operational position with a sliding mechanism. This sliding mechanism also enables the adjustment of the material discharge pattern for optimal utilisation. In order to achieve an optimum material flow, the plants are equipped with the Continuous Feed System (CFS). This system controls the speed of the conveying elements in relation to the crusher level, thus guaranteeing a productive material flow. The diesel direct drive concept also ensures high performance with economical consumption at the same time.

All plants in the EVO series have the same operating concept, meaning that the operator does not need to spend time learning a new operating concept. The control system is easy to understand: The plant is operated via a menu-guided touch panel. This way important functions can be easily adapted, sometimes also during operation of the plant. The plant is designed so that all machine components are easy to access for maintenance purposes. As the tool change of the cone crusher does not require a sealing compound, it can be carried out considerably faster than with other systems. In order to obtain a classified final product, the "S" version, MCO 9 S EVO, is equipped with a high-performance secondary screening unit.


The mobile cone crusher MOBICONE MCO 9 EVO can be easily transported and quickly deployed thanks to the good transport properties.

The EVO plants can be easily interlinked for particularly demanding tasks. The control systems and material transfers are developed so that the MCO 9 EVO and the MOBICAT MC 110 EVO can work together efficiently. Via the CFS systems the material flow via both plants is controlled, which guarantees the productive manufacture of a high-quality final product.
